NO GYM NO PROBLEM THE IMPORTAN IS BE ACTIVE
Just because gym is closed it doesn’t mean we can’t train at home OR outdoor.
Quarantine workout is not impossible, everyone is in the ability to do it. It is not optional when you are in full social blockade by the pandemic. Because Physical fitness is not just crucial for a healthy body but imperative for a healthy mind and emotional wellbeing. Even though laziness seems the new normal amidst others ‘newness’ that staying at home has brought, there’s no substitute to self-care.
So Isay told us, we must stay active but not normal especially in this time of restrictions, to stay physically and mentally healthy, because in addition to brightening our mood, it will also help us sleep better every night.
He also reminded us of what the doctors always recommend. Physical exercise has obvious benefits for the body. Also improves your mood, alleviates depression and aids cognitive abilities. That rush of endorphin and dopamine when you finish a challenging yet satisfying workout are just what you need to stay mentally and emotionally fit.
